1. Fill out the application completely.
   
   • Fill out all parts of the form
   • Submit a completed application
   • Application is accepted
   • You are contacted about your proposed booth
   by the AgFair team.
   
   
2. Payment
   
   • Payment for booths and tents must be made
   immediately.
   • Booth and tent fees will vary based on size and
   location.
   • To arrange payment, contact us at
   agfair@asap-af.com or visit the AgFair team in the
   ASAP office at MAIL (Kart-e-Sakhi, Kabul;

3. Prepare Your Booth
   
   • Gather material for your booth.
   • Prepare posters, brochures, business cards, and
   samples.
   • Arrange transportation to the fair.
   • Complete registration at the fair.
   • Go to your booth and set up.
   
   
4. Market Your Product
   
   • Set up your booth during required hours.
   • Talk with visitors.
   • Give out brochures and information on your
   business.
